Cancellation Policy |
Shipping - Charges are the UPS shipping charges as shown while placing your order. There is a minimum $15.00 handling charge per order. We strive to ship all orders within one to two business days and please note we operate with FIFO (First In First Out) and FCFS (First Come First Served) system on all production and stock items.
Warranty - AECI warrants to the original purchaser that merchandise will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Merchandise that meets this warranty will be replaced if returned to AECI within the warranty period. AECI may choose to refund the purchase price instead of replacing the parts. Merchandise shall not be warranted if modified, not installed per the applicable aircraft service manual, if AECI’s part identification is modified or removed, or if the part is not used in the application it was FAA-certified for. AECI’s obligation is limited to the replacement of merchandise or refund of purchase price, at our option. AECI assumes no responsibility for any other expenses or damages, including incidental or consequential damages. Any implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or otherwise are disclaimed after the 1 year warranty period. Some states have limitations on warranties so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Privacy - We ask for your name, address, phone number and e-mail address for the sole purpose of filling your order. We will not give or sell this information to anyone. We will we not use your information to solicit you in any way unless you indicate on our internet order form that you are interested in receiving notices of other new parts that become available for your aircraft, through AECI only.
Returns - Merchandise returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase except for critical articles such as fuel system components which are not returnable whatsoever. Merchandise must be in new condition (never installed) and returned in original box and packaging, with proof of purchase, reason for return, all paperwork and purchaser's name and address. All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and safety re-inspection conformity with minimum fee of $45++ (varies from part to part complexity) and shipping must be prepaid by the purchaser. For item parts in the order, any item part value under $150, no return refund permitted.
